Holiday Gift Ideas: Beekman 1802
I don’t do a ton of beauty reviews on here because, honestly, I’m pretty clueless when it comes to how to do a perfect smoky eye or updo. I’m more of a throw some mascara (and under eye concealer these days) and go kind of a girl. But around the time we were trying to get pregnant, I am became hyper aware of exactly what I was using on my face. The more I researched, the more it became beyond clear to me that I needed to make a change in the products I consumed on a daily basis.
When Beekman 1802 initially reached out to me in the summer, I sent them my template response letting them know don’t do beauty reviews but thank you so much for thinking of me. They responded so sweetly and said they would love for me to just try their products with no obligation, and if I want to give an honest review at some point, that would be my call. By this time I had done some digging on their brand and ethos (and GOATS!) and was completely intrigued, so I said yes.
I was intrigued by their entire line of beautifully crafted goat milk-rich products which are clean AND cruelty free, but started with their Triple Milk face starter kit. I’ve used it every single day since they sent it to me, and can honestly say I love it. It actually feels clean and lovely and light and everything I want in a morning and night routine. It’s not a million steps, so I actually look forward to it. I’ve tried their mud mask and absolutely adored it. Their lotion feels like silk. But above all that, it’s their passion for what they are cultivating in their beautiful corner of the world that really sold me. I love the heart behind the products because it really, truly shows in what they produce.
They have so many amazing options for gifts for the holidays (I personally think everyone needs a little lump of kohl in their stocking this year!) - their Light as Air Travel Kit or Whipped Body Cream set would be a great place to start when it comes to that hard person to shop for every year, but their website is packed with gift ideas (or maybe just a little something to treat yourself). Happy (clean) shopping, friends!
