Ocean House Beach Polo Classic

So last Sunday, was pretty fancy. I was graciously invited by Lilly Pulitzer to attend the first ever Ocean House Beach Polo Classic, and let me just tell you, it was kind of perfect. The Ocean House holds such a special place in my heart (we got married there!), and any day on the beach is a good one in my book - but when you add ponies and pretty dresses to the equation, it's basically my dream.

The entire event was planned to perfection by Sean Gale Burke and Cavison Polo. I can't even imagine all the work that went into making it feel so flawless, but we definitely raised a few glasses in honor of their hard work! I really hope they continue the tradition year after year. Next year I'm going to make sure to bring my big girl camera though - this type of event calls for the big guns.

I also got to meet friends from this little instagram community of ours during this fabulous soiree. I have been following Mackenzie and Amy since the beginning of Instagram (might be a slight exaggeration) so it was so fun give those girls a big ol' hug. They are even more amazing in person if you can believe it. And, I'm pretty sure I found a new bestie in Lauren. She's a legit doll. Carly is always so charming, and it was amazing to meet the talented Carter as well. They are the kind of girls I'd want to grab a glass of wine with on a random Tuesday, and that's really my barometer in friendships.
